How long will it take before I get my package?

*Due to Covid-19 shipping and processing times are being delayed.*  At this time orders are going out between 5-12 days, Shipping times vary. We recommended going with something like priority to have tracking and is more reliable that first class.

I have not received my package or it is damaged, what do I do?

Once your package is sent out we are no longer responsible for it. We can help as much as possible. Here are some troubleshooting things you can try. First check your tracking number and call the mail carrier associated with the tracking number. If you still were unable to locate your package please fill out our contact form and someone will be reaching out to you.

I put the wrong address when I placed my order, can it be changed?

Yes if you reach out to us within 24 hours. Please have your order number, name, and corrected address.

My package was lost/stolen, can I get a refund? 

We do hate that this happens but sadly it does. Once we send the package into the mail it is the carriers responsibility to make sure your package arrives in the condition we gave them. Refunds are issued on a case by case bases. *If item is discontinued or Sale store credit will be given*
