How long will it take before I get my package?

*Due to Covid-19 shipping and processing times are being delayed.*  At this time orders are going out between 5-12 days, Shipping times vary. We recommended going with something like priority to have tracking and is more reliable that first class.

 

 

Where do you ship?

We ship to all of the US. Currently we are not shipping internationally, but we look to open it up in the new year.

 

I have not received my package or it is damaged, what do I do?

Once your package is sent out we are no longer responsible for it. We can help as much as possible. Here are some troubleshooting things you can try. First check your tracking number and call the mail carrier associated with the tracking number. If you still were unable to locate your package please fill out our contact form and someone will be reaching out to you.

 

I put the wrong address when I placed my order, can it be changed?

Yes if you reach out to us within 24 hours. Please have your order number, name, and corrected address. Click here

 

My package was lost/stolen, can I get a refund?

We do hate that this happens but sadly it does. Once we send the package into the mail it is the carriers responsibility to make sure your package arrives in the condition we gave them. Refunds are issued on a case by case bases Store credit will be given in the case refund does not apply. *If item is discontinued or Sale it is final*

 

Should I use this instead of what my doctor prescribed?

I am not a medical professional. My products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

 

Are all your items Vegan?

Over 90% of our items are Vegan, but some of our products include beeswax and goats milk. These products will be marked in the description.

 

Are there ingredients that can cause an allergic reaction?

Some people are sensitive to natural ingredients such as dairy, nuts, herbs, fruits, vegetables or any variation of these. We do include some in certain products. See list below to check if your allergen is present. Always do a patch test when trying a new product and wait 24 hours to see if reaction occurs. If sever reaction occurs discontinue use.
